At home today, the wife is sick, bad fever and all that nastiness so I took a vacation day to take care of the kids and her. Got the boy all packed off and sent to camp, don’t even have to pick him up now b/c his ride said she would pick him up and bring him back home.
Good weekend, just a regular friday, started installing the new firewall/router server at home. Some friends from Springboro/Cinnci came up on Saturday for the day so we had the typical suburbia backyard bbq. I drank too much Coors light so I was hurting on Sunday morning.
Slept in a little on Sunday, it rained most of the AM and then in the afternoon we went on the tour of the hospital where the baby (currently called Lumpy) will be born. Played Zombies with the boy when we got home. We used all of the map tiles but I still screwed up one of the rules. It was fun though, he wanted finish playing Zombies before going outside to play with his friend.
Tweaked the firewall script on Sunday night. It’s now doing exactly what I want, just need to figure out some mechanism that alerts me when the IP changes. The boy fell asleep in out bed watching scooby.
Time for some coffee.
